While I realize that the part arriving broken isn't your fault, the fact that I was told more than once that I would be contacted by a certain time, then nothing is a major thing for me, and one of the texts was incorrect. Communication is a huge thing for me, and that's where the battery was dropped. The people I did speak to we're nice though.
