Excellent service by Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Auburn, Alabama. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, prompt and extremely competent. However, the rental car service was used while our car was being repaired was horrible. The local Enterprise Rental Center was the worst I have ever dealt with. I made a reservation two weeks prior to needing a car and they did not have a clue when it came to assisting me or the Collision Center who repeatedly called them. No apologies, no excuses and it was like they did not care! Recommend Joe Hudson disassociate themselves from the Enterprise Rental Car company in Auburn immediately.
