Looked like new, the paint match and work was superb! All work done was quality performance. Stopped at gas station on the way home and the attendant exclaimed how great it looked and wanted to know how old it was. I said that I had been driving it for 14 years and look forward to 14 more! The girls in the front office were very helpful. Jermey kept me posted and Steven was my first point of communication with the estimate.
I picked my car up yesterday and I tried to pay by check. The check was denied. According to my bank, Chase, the check was not accept due to red tape on your end.
I then tried to pay with my Chase debit card and it was denied. The girls up front assisted me along with Chase to make it happen.
I left a personal item on the counter yesterday and when I found that I had left it at the counter, it was found and a note put on the item for me to pick up today.
All was good.

The service was great, I recieved a telephone call letting me know what they needed to do on my car, then I got a text message letting me know that my car was almost done, I didn't recognize my car it looks great!

The car was repaired fine, but someone from Auto Body Masters stole my iPod earphones out of my car while it was being repaired. Considering this was the only item left in my car that I didn't take out, I don't understand how the thief figured I wouldn't notice. Would not recommend ABM to anyone. Will not be using their services again.
