Glenn is a God send in customer relations! For me to be on the other side of Houston in the middle of a hurricane, and hear about Rayford flooding... was stressful. He called to let me know how the shop was doing which gave me such peace. Thank you to all of those that got my car back to me in a timely manner & beautifully done!!

It took 2 days longer than expected (Tuesday instead of Friday) - had to be redone because the paint was not satisfactory. I was told I would be given a price reduction due to the inconvenience- but the invoice did not reflect an adjustment. It was over budget and took longer than expected. I have always had a great experience with Milstead- and have always trusted you completely. This time felt different. I gotta say, I was disappointed. I had gotten to the point I would not even bother with other estimates, but next time- I will shop more carefully

Great experience, seamless communication between the shop the rental company and our insurance. All worked together to ensure the highest customer experience and satisfaction and they all delivered. Very happy with our service. My vehicle was delivered earlier than expected that was certainly a pleasant surprise.
