I was so impressed with EVERYONE I dealt with at the parts department!! I’ve never had a car repaired and have heard horror stories. My experience was completely different…everyone from the receptionist to Logan were absolutely lovely to work with!! The professionalism of Logan was incredible. The work was fine but absolute worst customer service. I had my car at the shop for **** month not once has Jordan picked up the call. I had to physically go in every time to get a status which could easily be a call. They would put me on hold and never get back.

The reason for my rating is I was required to make a second trip back to have the glass reinstalled, because it was not installed properly at the first visit, and there was tape residue across the entire seal. The second trip was not convenient for me on many levels. After my second visit I was more satisfied than after the first. Both visits, the staff were professional, courteous, and on the second visit I was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time.

Everyone in the office was never anything but kind and professional. Even though I was only taking my car in for a small bumper repair that was covered by insurance, they still treated it just as important as any major fix that was coming through their doors. When I picked up my car, everything looked amazing and it had even been cleaned for me. A huge thank you to everyone there!! ????

The repairs took two separate visits. The repairs looks great but given that my car is under one year old, my interiors was covered in white dust. My seats were very filthy after the repairs . That made me extremely disappointed.
