Our estimator was Dana Hulse. He was great with the estimate process and kept us updated all through the repair process. I also must say that the technicians who worked on the car did excellent work. And a shout out to the ladies at the front desk who helped me arrange for a car rental as well as get it returned for me. All in all it was a great experience.

I only wish they had called and reminded me that I had a broken windshield so I could have had them fix that while the car was there, too. It wasn’t part of the insurance claim so maybe they couldn’t, but it would have been a convenience to pay for that separately. Other than that, fantastic!

The only thing that mystified me was that my odometer reading when I brought the vehicle in was 99,786, and when I picked up the repaired vehicle the odometer was 99,905. I was just curious as to why the car was driven 119 miles while in the repair shop.
