I was extremely appreciative of the staff and their welcomness on my first day when I dropped off my car. They were extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. While my car was being worked on, someone called me every other day with updates. I was so impressed with the customer service!

I paid for extra work to be done and my truck was finished 5 days later than expected. The least that could of been done was the back panel markings be put on for waiting that much longer. I paid the same but waited longer is not what I call top notch service. I appreciate paying for the work I received but if If I deliver something that much later I would have given something to the customer for the trouble. Time is money and you took extra time for free and got your money. I am just saying how I do business and expect nothing in return. Take care. Wendell Noble
