A predate drop of my vehicle for a ****.5 hour non paint, parts only job, took 7.75 hours with no calls about a delay for what ever reason. Had planned it being there 8-12 with an appointment for that morning and a job time of only ****.5 hours. Did not expect to have to stop in 7.5 hours into the day with no calls, to hear, "we just finished it" WTF guys?

Really great service, will definitely return if I have any future car problems that can be fixed by you guys. Everyone that I talked to, throughout the entirety of getting my car fixed, were incredibly kind and helpful. The car was repaired quickly and returned to me very clean. The man at the front desk with the beard (gosh I want to say his name was Ryan but I’m blanking) who helped me with the estimate was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me through the process of getting the car fixed and informed me of smaller problems that were unrelated to the accident. He even provided me with contacts for people who were capabale of fixing them. Thank you guys so much for fixing Rosalie!
