Customer service and staff were friendly. My car door and hood were replaced and painted. The painting blends nice there is a few small imprefections you can only tell if looking closely. Overall you can't tell it was replaced and am happy with the service.

The automated progress reports are great, done correctly. Be careful to not over-promise or be overly optimistic on completion dates and times. Examples are these texts: Tuesday at 4 pm: “Update: Hi Douglas. We have updated your estimated completion date from (Pending) to 08/30/2018 04:00 PM. Kumler Collision Reply "STOP" to cancel.” and Thursday at 9:06 am: “Update: Hi Douglas. We are nearing completion. If we encounter any delays, we'll call you. Kumler Collision Reply “STOP” to cancel.” The truck was not ready to be picked up until Friday August 31st in the afternoon due to an order for the wrong part. No biggie. I’m happy with the results. Other customers may not be as understanding. You have a great shop and a professional staff. Thanks for a job well done.

I only had my Equinox 3 weeks when loose rocks flew off a flatbed semi trailer on the Lancaster bypass pelting my hood. Damage was minimal and it could have been much worse. My insurance company, USAA, recommended Kumler Collision to me. The staff was friendly and courteous. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and service.
