I had to wait extra days because they did not have the new tail light. That should have been order and be there before I even brought the car in for repair.Other than that everything else was good. Staff was excellent.

good job done, worth the wait, service representative Jonathan was very polite, gave me a detailed explanation at the delivery of vehicle for what work was done. i am satisfied and would recommend this body shop to others. keep up the good work superior body shop.

Updates were never consistent....a simple "sorry ma'am a problem has came up with your vehicle(explain reason) and now vehicle must stay an extra ___ days to ensure everything will be to your satisfactory." My car has to be returned to the body shop because damage from the accident was not repaired at the time it was suppose to be done. Front desk guy, Adrian, should not roll eyes or give **** face to customers coming into shop office or stand there looking at customers as if they're stupid. Courteous customer svc goes a long way. I do understand it gets busy or hectic but if a customer wants a call back either you call them back as asked in the voicemail or have someone else give them a call. Would I go back? If my insurance says I can only go there to get a rental then unfortunately I have to go back there for that sole reason.

Your customer service, mainly the front desk in the body shop, is not good. My appointment was not scheduled and their friendliness is lackluster. They do not respond to customer needs unless the customer is angry. I will probably not shop at Red Mccombs for my next vehicle.
