Fast and efficient

With regard to the car accident, you can't tell there was an issue but the stripes (I assume painted on) was the original color from 8 years ago. So, me not being completely satisfied has more to do with the stripes standing out compared to the rest of the car. Other than that, I am happy about the work that was completed with the dent and squeaking door. If the stripes were not painted on, then please disregard my comments. Thanks, Marchena G

I was concerned when I didn't get a written estimate when I dropped my car off for repair. In the past - with other businesses - I would get an estimate that would be explained and that I would sign at drop off. And, of course if the cost changed I would be contacted to agree to the updated estimate before repairs are done. I never got that. My insurance company was contacted, but they weren't paying for it. I was. And, when I picked up my car when it was done I noticed a questionable charge on the receipt. I need to have it explained to me. I thought everyone was really nice, but the service style is unorthodox.

Your facility is beautiful and most importantly, CONVENIENT! The staff was very helpful and on top of things. Loved that Enterprise was there to assist with a rental and the text messages were thoughtful. It's always nice to be updated while your "baby" is being repaired! Thank you!

You have great premises and staff. I loved receiving emails with updates. I appreciated the call I received to inform me that my car was ready for pickup. A suggestion that may save time to your receptionist would be to ask your customers whether they prefer a text notification instead of a phone call when their car is ready. Do not get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with your current system, but as the younger generation keeps growing, they will welcome the text over the phone call. I, myself, am 63 years old, but dealing with my nieces and nephews, I realize that they love texts. The thing is that since I was forced years ago to start texting with them, I enjoy receiving texts nowadays. Just a suggestion. In fact, you may text the updates, too. And last but not least, the repair job on my number is outstanding. Thanks for everything. I will, definitely, recommend you to others.

Great job

The repair took way longer than I was initially told it would. The estimated competition date was changed at least four times. When I went to pick up my vehicle it STILL had to be serviced while I was there. The work itself is satisfactory, and the service was good.
