Unsatisfied, upset, and unprofessional work I didn't believe they were capable of doing. Different color paint overspray on my truck, tow package was not bolted back. Taillight should have been replaced , someone hit my truck with a tool of some sort created damage, so much that it removed paint!!!, wire harness drags ground.,,too much to list. So disappointed in Brock's

I really appreciate that my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. I dropped it off on 5/12/15 and picked it up on 5/15/15. The work on my Honda is superior. Also, I'm not certain, but the car appears to have been cleaned inside and out. I also appreciate the text messages from the local facility assuring me that my car was in good hands! Please thank the mechanics that assisted with my vehicle (2014 Red Honda Accord Coupe).

The appointment was set three days in advance so the parts could be ordered and the project to be completed in one day. The installation and minor painting of the bumper was not completed in one day it was completed in 2 ****/2 days. Neither the second day nor the third day was I contacted, instead I had to call and check on the status of the vehicle.
