I am very pleased with my experience at Univeral Collison. Mr. Cj went over and beyond in details explaining in ways that were very vivid on how and what they would be doing to my car to fx it. Not to mention to atmosphere makes you feel at home with, nice furniture to relax while waiting, with snacks and drinks. will definitely recommend them.

Overall great service, found a paint spot on the bumper that was last-minute repaired. Full body repair near tail light section was not 100% returned to normal. Light fixture appears 90+% flush but upon close inspection, trunk part shows reminiscent bending/damage. Paint refinishing was impressive and I don’t expect to discover any issues with the paint aspect of the repair. Emory expressed that should anything come up the company will take care of it
