Muffler bolts were not put in and muffler was dangling. Upon repoqrting this to the garage, we were told manager would call us back. Noone ever called & we had to pay another garage to secure the muffler.

Vehicle was towed to your shop per Travelers Insurance. They set up the appointment and one of your service adjusters called me and left a message that it would be over a month before you could give an estimate. After about 4 or 5 unnecessary calls back and forth for the estimate of damages the matter was taken care of.

The headlight that was replaced does not work. My daughter was pulled over as a result. When I called the shop last week, they stated they would call me back to revisit the repair, but I still have not heard anything.
