Hi,
Overall, as I said in person, things seemed to fall through the cracks with communication.
I had called to ask if you guys could please additionally fix another blemish on the paint while you guys had the paint color out and you assured me it would be done with everything else yet it was not fixed and the rust continues to corrode in those spots.
Additionally, I know we discussed it in person but to be thorough and put it here: I'd like to add I'm disappointed that it did not get inspected while it was with you.
All else seems to be working well. Thanks for the repairs. The shop seems like a nice place. We do appreciate the service.

Maria was absolutely lovely and helpful every time I spoke to her. Both times she stayed a few minutes late because I came at the end of the day and she was always patient and reassuring that it was no problem. Both men that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. They told me immediately to expect a week and they remained in the schedule. I left them a nasty car that had been in numerous road trips every weekend, including moving Mom and bringing two kids home from college and I was thrilled that it came back much cleaner than when I left it! Very happy!
