Problems...Hood off Center. Steering wheel isn’t straight. Traction light stays on. I called and they said bring it back on Monday. I have faith that I will be satisfied when it is taken care of. The repairs thus far in the vehicle appear to be good. I have used Bates and recommended them several times and never had an issue. Immediately, that is not the case with this experience. I dealt with Vanessa. She did not like to be questioned on the time frame when my vehicle was not ready at scheduled. There was a two day delay and I had to do some of the leg work with my insurance something that should of been handled by her. Had I not called the delay would gave been much longer. Her attitude towards customer service needs to be evaluate and addressed. Because of her responses and excuses I would have to reconsider using Bates anytime in the near future or at least the Bates at this location.

Bates does real good work even when it comes to repairing my vehicles, but today 11-14-17 as I came in to pick up my truck I found things on there that were not on the truck when I dropped it's off. New scratches and scrapes and a little hole in the paint, the paint job looked good from a distance but from up close told a different story. Yes I was upset but they said they would fix it again.

Staff was friendly and made the process easy. Even though job was completed a day later than estimated (I understand things happen). I really expected a week. Took 4 days to inspect, get parts, and do the job. Very happy with the experience and process. Even had the vehicle washed and vacuumed. I really like the website updates and text messages. If I ever need any repairs or have any friends definitely wil sent them to bates.
