The service was great and everyone I met and talked with was very friendly and knowledgable. Steve went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and all questions answered. When I picked up my car it looked like it had just come out of the show room. The inside and outside was spotless until I pulled onto the wet highway.

I had a couple of bungie cords holding the front plastic cover on when the car went into Ohs and was expecting to find them in the back of the car or on the floor or something.
