Monument seems to be overwhelmed with orders, and it reflects on its adjusters. I received my vehicle back the first time with the lift gate not properly attached, the sprayer for the rear windshield sprayed inside the car, and the defrost units weren't even connected to the electrical. I was embarrassed for Suzanne, because I felt she was trying.

I've been there more than twice and every time I go they always manage to mess up my blinkers. Now I have to wait to go back until Monday to get it fixed since collision center is closed until Monday.
