You did not complete the repairs as were asking to scribe to you when the car was dropped off. Namely the button to open the trunk from with in the car. Also, the interior of the car was dirty still upon picking up the car. For example, the police fingerprint graphite was still evident inside the car. It covered the rearview mirror for example. Upon driving with the car all sorts of warning lights went off on the dashboard. Additionally, you insisted that the tire was just fine and yet right away within that first day I am receiving the same warning light again. That warning light never was an issue until the car was stolen. Clearly there is something wrong with this tire. Very clearly. You asked me to call USAA to report the "additional damage within my car" before you would make the additional repair to the open trunk button. So I contacted my insurance company and did as instructed by you. USAA responded to me that I should never have left your shop because having paid for the repairs already you all should have made that repair right then and there and in fact it is a very easy repair. They asked me to have your shop or call them regarding this. They are not at all concerned that this Particular item was not mentioned in the original estimate report. Clearly however something is wrong with the tire and I am concerned and would like you all to consider perhaps replacing this tire because something continues to cause and Trick???? a particular item was not mentioned in the original estimate report. I will continue to inspect before finalizing my report back to you all-this report is only preliminary at this juncture. Please note that USAA asked if you repaired the back bumper and thought perhaps you might of been able to do that given how long you had a vehicle for And given how minor the repair at Wise. My question is are any parts required for that repair? Would that have been and then reasonable accommodation? This is not my industry so I didn't know how to respond to the agents comments. Still, all in all, not the best work you guys are Of. I'm not very happy at this juncture.
