Renee did a fantastic job. She kept me informed throughout the repair and was responsive to concerns. The car looked beautiful when it was returned both for the specific repair work, but also cleaned and ready to drive. The driver's side seat belt is not retracting however, so I'll bring it back to get checked: it may be coincidental. The reception desk person seemed a bit cold, when I first came in and when I called for an update, but not to the point of being rude. Overall I was very pleased!

The customer service was outstanding, particularly the fellow at the front desk and the one who works with loaner cars. The daily emails were a nice touch and the car looks great.

I was extremely impressed with the entire process at Markley. From start to finish, you were amazing. Every staff member I came across was professional, friendly and helpful. I loved the daily text or email messages letting me know the status. My repair was done sooner than scheduled. All around, I can only say "Bravo!"

As I mentioned to Gregg via the BBB review, there are communication problems. Estimates out of thin air that don't match real world. The status website not being kept up to date. Three different reps giving three different answers. I'm happy with the repair work and Gregg's accommodation. Communication needs to be fixed though to ensure everyone's on the same page AND the customer is kept up to date properly (whoever is the assigned service rep, when they find new information that changes the date, they need to go and update the web ASAP).

Colton and Markley Motors staff did a wonderful job on my 2016 Lexus RX350!! I would definitely come back to Markley's for another repair....all the staff members at the Collision Center deserve a 10 rating! Very pleasant experience.....Judy and John S

I was expecting to pick my car up on a Monday after Markley had it since the Thursday before. However, when I called for an update Monday morning, it turned out more parts had been necessary so the completion date was delayed. I had gotten no phone call to update me on the progress and had I not called myself, I would have expected to pick it up Monday afternoon, as scheduled.

There are a couple reasons I'm not happy with your body shop: ****. When I dropped my car off I told them there was a noise in the rear end of the car. When I picked it up I asked if they checked it out. They looked at their paperwork and said the tech didn't' hear anything but I didn't see a note on the paperwork that it was even looked at. When I drove it home (Cheyenne) the noise was still there. I want this noise fixed. 2. They said my car would be done Friday. I called Friday at **** pm and was told they were all in a meeting and someone would call me back. I didn't get a call. I had to extend my rental car through the weekend. Monday around noon I called again and they told me "It's been ready since late Friday". I had to pay for two more days of rental car because either no one could call me back or it was so late on Friday no one wanted to wait for me to pick it up. When I asked about this they said and it was noted on the file, that someone called my cell phone Monday morning at 8:30. I had my cell with me and showed them there was no call. I love your service and sales department. I've purchase two Hondas from you and have had great service. I will have to really think about using your body shop again. My husband was going to call today to find out about the noise. I will have to take yet another vacation day to take it down to you to get it looked at.
