Extremely friendly and patient staff! Everyone I spoke with was courteous and knowledgeable. The work done to my car was exceptional! It looks better than new!! I believe that extra attention was paid to every detail...well beyond what I expected! And everything was completely exactly on schedule...which is not always the case with a lot of other repair facilities friends and family of mine have dealt with in the past.
