When I received my car on yesterday (05/23/17) there was a slight discrepancy on the side (left rear passenger side) where the vehicle was repaired in comparison to the right rear passenger side that wasn't damaged. I pointed this out to the front desk and Kaitlin recommended someone to assist me and the guy kind of gave me the cold shoulder and went back inside and the manager came out. The manager gave me the impression that I was over thinking what I saw. So the manager recommended taking my car back for 15 minutes to see if there was something that could be done. I personally don't believe anything was done. He just took the car to the back to appease me. My previous experiences were very good. I believe I may have worn out my welcome. Hmm..
