This was the second time this year (and one of several times over the past fifteen years) that one of my cars has been fixed by Boerne Collision Center. Rodney was great-as usual--and the work was superior. the only issue I have are the email updates I received. Rodney indicated the work would be finished in the next few days while the emails were 3-4 days longer than what I was hearing. Made it difficult to plan ahead. My job requires travel so this was confusing. Of course, always trust a person and not electronic media!! Thank you all for the great work you do!

All good- finished ahead of schedule
The repair appears satisfactory. The texted status updates were very misleading, unhelpful, and frustrating. We were given estimated completion updates verbally, yet several texted updates indicated completion a full week later. We picked up the car 4/10/15 @ 1pm, after having received a text that morning that it was on schedule @ 54% completion and would be ready EOD 4/17! Worthless; why bother texting if all you're sending is false info?

I'm sorry that the work on my car caused so many problems for your staff. I hope that in the future you are able to better project the time it will take to complete a job. I would rather be told it will be 2 weeks before you can start on my car, and then another 4 weeks to complete it,and then get the good news it is ready early, than to deal with all the delays and extensions. However I greatly appreciate your generous help with the unexpected expenses on the rental car. I had hoped that Farmers would share that expense with you. The work done looks very good as I have always gotten at BCC. However there are quite a few. "dings" on the entire length of the door guard on both sides of the car,approximately 12 on each side. I knew there were a few on each side because I had asked David if he could touch them up while you had the car. I will get one of the touch up pens from the dealer and try to take care of that myself. Thank you David and Arlene for maintaining a professional demeanor with me. I wish all of you a happy holiday season.
