communication was great throughout the process. The only thing I didnt understand is why you would replace one tire and not both so that it would wear evenly. Now it will always pull one way.

While the dealership provided me with a vehicle to drive after my truck was repaired in the collision department a month later than promised and being sexually harassed by your employee (Curtis), the care for my vehicle was subpar. The hitch in the bed of my truck was missing, the electrical hitch hookup was not reassembled, there are nicks and scratches in multiple locations and my tailgate was damaged. The man that took over my collision care was nonchalant about the damages. Overall my experience was traumatizing nor did it reflect the reputation or values of FORD.

All the people from start to finish were patient and courteous to me. When I picked up my car there were three people who although it was late in the day, they helped me with my renewal sticker and my license plates, then I lost the car keys they had given to me before I left. Each one should be commended because with out their help with moving everything from my rent car over to my car I would not have been able to leave!???????? I meant to remember each one by name, but I hope Mike will pat each one of them on their back because they were really patient!!

Thank You in service dept for being so helpful and caring people. EVERYTHING JUST LOOK WONDERFUL MY FORD EXPLORER NAMED MS ELAINA LOOK JUST LIKE WHEN I FIRST GOT HER RETURNED BEAUTIFUL N CLEAN . Great idea with the loaner Car greatly appreciated. Staff was patient and so kind I AM 73 years old did not know what to do STAFF TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME AND MY CAR . Initially, I scheduled an appointment to evaluate my vehicles damage, so that the evaluator could determine if any parts needed to be ordered before hand. I was told no parts needed to be order and we proceeded to schedule the vehicle’s drop off for repair. My vehicle was at Planet Ford for an entire week and when I checked on the progress, I was told they were waiting for a part to arrive and they had not even touched my car yet. I was an entire week without transportation because of their inefficient coordination. Then, when they finally called to let me know my car was ready, the part that was replaced not only was lose, but it didn’t match my car’s color! So, again, I had to leave my car longer. This repair shop has been the most unprofessional and inefficient experience I have encountered.

Terrible communication throughout the process. The person assigned to my truck did not answer his phone or return a phone call one single time in over 2 months. Multiple issues with the truck after it was “ready” to pick up. Some were fixed while I waited. I have sent 3 emails since picking up the truck, and as usual no response. Truck has error codes, door ding, damaged paint, unopened parts found in the console that were supposedly replaced. I can go on. Terrible shop, terrible service, terrible communication. Will not use planet ford for anything in the future.
