I chose this collision center because it was recommended to me from a friend who works at a competitor’s collision center. While the bodywork looks amazing, the customer service could be better. The person who was handling my vehicle would never call me to update me about the status of my vehicle. For instance, I took my vehicle in for an estimate, and the Hoy Fox representative told me he would order the parts necessary and call me when they were in; a full 10 days went by and I had not heard anything from him. When I called the representative from Hoy Fox to ask if the parts were in he told me "oh yeah, they're here...bring your car in whenever." The representative also told me that he would call the insurance company if the work needed for my car was more than the estimate provided by the insurance company (which it was), when I called the representative to get the status of the supplement, he said he was "going to call them," which means to me, he only remembered to call when I called to remind him. A few days later I called the representative to get another status on my car, he told me my car was ready, he was just waiting for a confirmation that the supplemental payment was sent, I told him that I would be contacting the insurance company myself to get a confirmation and would be calling him shortly, his story then changed to, "well, I'm going to be honest with you, I don't think I can have it ready today." To sum it up, though the bodywork looks great and has a 3-year warranty, I'm not sure if I would recommend this body shop; a supposed 4-day job took almost 3 weeks to complete. I honestly feel if I had not consistently called both the body shop and the insurance company the last few days, my car would still be sitting there.
