He was genuinely concerned about the repairs while giving me updates about it, and took the time to talk to me personally until the vehicle was completed. And the day that it was completed, Colby stayed after closing hours- until I could arrive - to oversee the return of my car with the completed job as well as to handle the return of my rental car. The process was smooth. My car had a little over 11,000.00 in damage. It was a mess. I was provided with an estimated date for completion, but during the final inspection Jimmie noticed that the lights were faulty. He ordered the additional parts, apologized for the delay and provided me updates regarding receipt of the parts. I went to get my car and it looks brand new. Kathleen the receptionist was extremely kind and patient. Originally my deductible was quoted as $500.00 from Allstate. After our discussion regarding uninsured motorist , Kathleen verified the deductible and it was 250.00 instead of the $500.00 for collision. Great experience!!!!
