First and foremost my truck repairs look great, no complaints with the work done. My biggest issue is with the lack of communication on SK end when it came down to my car. I know they aren’t totally responsible for the time frame (2 weeks) but when you’re told you’d be out of transportation longer than expected, you’d expect to know every detail about what’s going to happen.I had to call back and forth between my insurance company and SK to know what the deal was, for the minor work that needed to be done. Finally, one of my biggest issues was that my car was returned hand washed, spotty and dull. No detail, no wax. Really disappointed that after two weeks in the shop, they wouldn’t present their work in the best possible condition. (Truck had some smudges all over)! Overall, they did a great job with the actual repairs and I know they consistently do so (I was referred over), but they could have really nailed their service with more transparency and definitely took the time to have the car fully detailed (on the outside at least).

Everyone was awesome!! The work was great and I was given daily updates on the status. I’m recommending Service King to everyone.
