Lack of communication. Even after my vehicle was given back there were issues (check engine light coming on and off and windshield wipers not working) that I notified you of in writing and it was ignored. You fixed the windshield wipers solely because I showed up in person. Now you’re claiming it has nothing to do with the accident. When I dropped it off there were no lights showing. I will never bring my vehicle here for repair again due to this. I’m still out of a car and it’s the ONLY mode of transportation I have. So now I’m unable to work. Uber doesn’t frequent where I live so that’s not an option. Communication and customer service go a long way. Even those who answer the phone are rude. Every time I called, they were having a conversation with someone in the office (clearly not work related) and wouldn’t listen to me. They even got my name wrong and blamed me for their lack of inattentiveness. In the end I just want clear and reliable communication (I was told I’d hear back at a certain time and 36 hours later I had to call to find out information). I also want MY car back. Furthermore a FULL diagnostic should’ve been done when my vehicle was brought in for repair, however it was not as it is not indicated anywhere on the service report. A full diagnostic would’ve shown EVERYTHING that needed to be repaired.

I was told not to call for updates, someone would call me. I never got **** phone call until the car was ready for pickup and called an hour before that to check. their work is very good and when I did call, which I tried not to do, the people were helpful. I also didn't get text messages other than the one with the estimate and the one when I was standing in their office picking up the car. the woman at the front desk said that is impossible - LOOK AT MY PHONE! I tried to text my contact person after the estimate but never got a response. they had both my number and my husbands and neither of us got texts or phone calls. It wouldn't have bothered me so much but they made such a big deal about giving updates and me not calling when I dropped off the care. otherwise they did great work and were professional.
