Everyone was great: personable, professional, courtesies, and extremely helpful. From the body shop workers outside upon arrival to Geico, to Enterprise. The only person that requires classes on people skills and customer service is the receptionist at the desk inside. I came in to return the rental and pick up my car at 0830 I was surprised and was made to feel as though I was an imposition n obviously was on her cell phone not addressing me standing there, and then her verbal and more importantly her nonverbal attitude was not a standard for a business n Wonderful environment that you have. Being in upper management I would as low her a chance to improve and provide training before looking at disciplinary actions. I still highly recommend your business.
