Our only complaint was the communication process. Intially I was not contacted with an estimate nor anyone calling to see if we wanted to go forward. I called to find out the status and was told it was already being repaired. I would have gone with bayway anyway, as y'all have done repair work previously, but that was a breakdown in communication. Otherwise, pleased with everything.
