My car was kept for almost a month. In addition to the representative NEVER communicated with me about the status of my vehicle. I don’t remember the name of the secretary but if it wasn’t for her I would still be without a car. I was disappointed in the service provided however the manager tried to accommodate me to correct the issue.

Jimmy took good care of me when I needed body work on my 2013 Prius. The Collision Center quote was 25% lower than another bidi received,and the work was done on time. I appreciated the automatic updates on the job status. The only negative was I got two notices that my car would be ready on Saturday and then the notice on Wednesday said it was ready. I was confused.

I pray I never have to come to the collision center again but if I do I'm sure Mr. Jimmy the ladies at the front desk will take excellent care of me I did not know that Haltzs Tent -A-Car picked up there the lady at the desk with so courteous and professional and kind I really appreciate her I've been in a collision center so many times Mr Jimmy is my friend I really appreciate him he does a great job Mike have a Toyota should be proud to have him as an employee he really looks up to the customers all I have to do is drop the rental car off and they did everything else thank you
