The first 2-3 weeks of my contact with CF were marred by lack of communication. I received several "Missed Call" on my phone, which meant that the caller hung up without leaving a voice message. This slows down the process considerably, as I would gladly respond to any question with an answer. Instead, when I would call back, I would get a CF message but be unable to leave any information. This improved considerably, but only after I complained.

From the beginning the staff was helpful and very professional. I dealt with Tory McKennie in Santa Fe and was so appreciative of his reassuring demeanor that my vehicle would look as good as new, and it did. The employees doing the bodywork did a beautiful job. I'm so excited to have my car back in a very reasonable amount of time. Great job and experience!
