The paint job on the rear quater panel by the rear door I had a spot that’s bad. When installing my tire the valve stem wasn’t tightened so I had to buy a tool to fix it so it stoped going flat. The unlock/lock button isn’t working.

The whole process was handled very well. Updates were sent so I knew what was going on. When an issue came up after the original repair, they took time to fix it as well. Office staff were knowledgeable and courteous. Combination of insurance and rental car were easier than I expected as Higgins coordinated all those parts as well. Thank you very much.
