unfortunately I have had to use several body shops recently. M3 in Morganville was by FAR the best experience. Ease of contact for the first appointment, response time, relay of information, explanation of work to be done, quick turn around time were all excellent. Pete's attitude and courteousness made a usually intimidating atmosphere very comfortable. I especially liked the hourly text updates. My car was returned to me as immaculate as a brand new car equaled by the cleanliness of the shop. Obviously I was very impressed and will be recommending them.
