Being in accident is stressful enough. Most people will tell horror stories about getting their car fixed, which is something I didn't want to deal with. USA and my insurance company Amica were both excellent. It went extremely well with no extra stress involved. They worked with my insurance company and made sure everything was taken care of. My car came back great. USA collision did an excellent job in repairing my car and everyone there was helpful and friendly.

The back right side of bumper gives and squeaks. The back left side of bumper is very secure. I also found a right-hand rear bumper bracket, still in the wrapper, in the back of my car. I would like to schedule a time to bring the car back to be re-assessed.
