This take over a month to get repaired. It not convenient for us . We are not satisfied the service.

Wish I would have recived a call about them not ordering a new skid plate for my car after they said they would and didn’t even call to tell me that they are not fixing it.. but did not hesitate at all ripping it off of my car.. Yes, it may have been half way off... but I asked if they could fix it; they replied with yes they can, but then when picking it up.. no skid plate on the bottom of my bumper & was not even aware it was not going to be fixed at all nor was the old skid plate going to be returned to me until I had asked; after they have ripped it off the bottom of my car the day of drop off. I would have liked to have been notified that way while it was in the shop they could have ordered a 20-50 dollar part, and I could have paid for it when picking it up. They need better communication with there customers & making the customer satisfied..

I like the email notification about the progress on my car, you just need to pay more attention to keeping the status accurate.

Was told my truck was done and when I got there it wasn't done or at least not done right, so now I have to wait longer for it to get done correctly. Appreciate them trying to save me money but would have rather had it get done right the first time.
