I liked the fact that you worked with me, and my unusual circumstances to get the job done. I.e. you drove me home after I dropped the car off, and picked me up when the car was ready. Impressive! As far as the actual repair I haven’t had a chance to examine the car yet. But my first glance at it was impressive, clean, looked like new. Everybody I worked was friendly and helpful.

Michelle is so kind!! Only thing I might suggest is that I didn't hear back after we agreed upon doing the repair and had to follow up to schedule (we were waiting for parts). It wasn't a big deal at all, just something to think about.
I was 100% satisfied and will definitely use Geauga Unibody again. Though hopefully I never have to :)

As per usual, John and his team did a truly perfect job of repairing unfortunate damage to a vehicle, in this case my truck, by taking a terribly-placed dent/scratch damaged corner of the bed of my 6 month old truck, and now I cannot tell there was damage there at all. It looks brand new, and I am so glad I took it to Geauga Unibody for the work!!
