I called Homero to explain reasons I was not satisfied with their service. To say the least, he was not receptive with my complaint and he went on to say the reason the job they did was due to the previous repairs the truck received. I never received a call from R&R as they said they would to update us with the transition of the repair during the 20 days they kept the truck for repairs.
