It would be very helpful for staff to communicate a bit more. I had to call to confirm completion of work & it was difficult & inconvenient to schedule car pick up due to my busy schedule.

Just wanted to say Collision One did a great job they went over and above by replacing a part that they replaced on there own expense so thank you very much for that. They also let us know that one of the parts that got replaced should had been from a previous accident they seem like a great shop we were completely satisfied with the service they provided.

First I want to thank you for your help in obtaining a rental car when we had a difficult time finding one, second I appreciate that you took the time to notify me of the progress in the repair, I had never seen that before thanks. The repair work is great, does not look that it was ever damaged, great work guys. the short time I think that it took to repair the car was extra ordinary, great. I will highly recommend your place as the only place to get your car or truck repaired. No other place could have done such good work. Again thank you so very much.
