What i was told was 7 to 10 days it took 24 no phone calls i had to keep calling and it was always a different excuse then short staff to work on it very upsetting it was brought in on 4 th of August in the evening and i called around 8 times about it after 10 days then it took i was told a little longer then it was 14 more days longer i keept calling it was excuse after excuse

For me, the face of your company was Jennifer at the front desk who was very pleasant, knew exactly where to gather information about my claim and smoothly coordinated contact with my service advisor. Phillip was just as pleasant and quickly documented damage areas to my car. Both these folks were friendly from the start and pleasant to work with and, they were good listeners. Not only was I kept informed on the repair progress but my car was delivered a day earlier than expected. And, when I picked it up it was immaculately washed and vacuumed. All this translates to more than just a completely satisfied customer…I was DELIGHTED. Thanks to all your team and outside contractors for a PERFECT delivery. There will be no other considerations for vehicle repairs for me…I’ll go straight to Collision Works of Yukon.

We were kept informed of progress and although there was a wait for the calibration person to be available my vehicle was still done before the promised time. It was done right and I am pleased with the results!

I wish they would have ordered all the parts and waited till they came in before starting on my car. Because of Covid I had to spend $1500. On a rental car, and am still waiting for another part. I am missing all 4 tire air valves.
