The car was really dusty everywhere on the inside and the drivers floor matt was all white with something chalky looking. I brought it in clean . It looked like they cleaned the outside a bit. The windows must have been open in the shop while working on cars. We were heading out of town so i had to go to the car wash. I spoke to elvin and said i needed it by thursday and he said it was possible. Then i called friday morning and you were just waiting for clips...and it didn't get done til 4:00. Could the clips have been ordered earlier in the week. It had been there since Monday. So much goes into leaving a car for a week. Arranging the drop off and pick up for someone to take you. Borrowing a car or renting a car. An update would have been helpful during the week. The repair does look nice ???? thank you!!!

They coordinated everything with my insurance and called the rental company to come pick me up. Everything was done beautifully and they even washed my car before giving it back! They definitely go the extra mile- everyone was friendly and efficient.
