Issue was not resolved. Issue was to be taken care of per agreement with insurance conversation. Herbs replaced parts not in diagnosis and only replaced what adjusters agreed too. Bait and switch by insurance. And Herbs blindly following their direction with NO communication or notification of cost to repair. Only agreed to repairs because of GUARANTEE....NO SUCH LUCK **** DAY JOB GOING ON 2 WEEKS!
