I need to bring it back in. One piece of the outside wasn’t secured. From what it looks like by looking at the other side, a bolt (for lack of a better word) was forgotten.
Everyone was completely helpful and courteous, however there was some lack of communication between the body shop and the service center for the oil change that I had to follow up on. Also before I took it in for service it took me several attempts to bring it in for an express oil change where they were running several hours behind. However they were more than accommodating in making sure my car was sent over to get the oil change after it was done in the body shop.
I dropped my van off on Tuesday, Jan 22nd. I asked them to do an oil change while it was there. I picked the van up on Monday Jan 28th after receiving a text message on Friday morning saying it was ready. The oil change was NOT done! They said they ran out of time. Totally unacceptable!
Mike and staff were so easy to work with. The body shop did a beautiful job on the requested repairs. Excellent communication, Mike kept me updated throughout the repair process and was also willing to completely and thoroughly answer all of my questions. I wouldn’t hesitate returning to this body shop and would highly recommend to a friend.

Disappointed that flaws in the workmanship were not caught by the staff. You called me twice to say my vehicle was ready and I had to point out the flaws in the workmanship. I thought if I had you fix my vehicle you would have a higher workmanship standard. I guess I assumed that since I leased this car from you , you would have treated it like it were your own vehicle. My mistake.
Got a call saying it was done, so I dropped my rental car off only to be told they haven’t received payment in full so they couldn’t release my car to me today they have to wait as if they weren’t gonna get paid.. playing the blame game with insurance it’s already been 2 weeks now... thinking about calling corporate dealer complaint line..
