Don't change a thing! Your system of repairing vehicles makes perfect sense. Appointments are taken directly and car doesn't sit around lot for days before worked on. Had two vehicles repaired and totally satisfied with workmanship and delivery time. No false promises, just straightforward professional work; this is what I believe most customers want - minimum aggravation and professional service. You guys delivered both. Thanks .
