I was thinking about these almost three weeks experience and can say only: It was the best service ever I received in any auto shop.

I'm glad, I had a chance to meet him during Holidays. I'm happy now!
Should I tell my car was clean, well maintained, the paint perfectly matching and everything working properly? Probably yes.
But the most important, I didn't spend my time for anything related with problems my car had.
In the moment I was dropping my car, rental already has been waiting for me. Jonathan was dealing directly with my insurance and I only got messages from him about repair progress. The car was ready in time, how was scheduled.

I was very impressed with Northwest Auto body! It can be very stressful not knowing how long it will take your car to get fixed. I spoke with Jonathan and he was able to get my car in the same day we called and was very prompt on giving me updates on my car while it was in the shop. They gave me a timeframe of how long my car would be in the shop and gave me updates through text and call if anything changed. They ended up being right on schedule based on the time frame they gave me and I was able to have my car back within a week from my accident damages. Thank you for your excellent service, I will definitely recommend anyone to use this shop in the future.
