Was not satisfied with the car polish/buff. Was not satisfied that the work I had the car estimated for was changed and I wasn't notified and when I went to pay the bill, the changes were not reflected on the invoice. Also found paint imperfections on new painted area, looks like surface was not wiped prior to paint.

The repairs to the car were done on time and I cannot tell there was ever any damage to my car. Everyone was helpful and kept me informed on a daily basis about the progress of the repair work.
I would highly recommend CarStar as a place to have bodywork done on a car.
