I think they job was done good. sadly the piece that was deliver had a little break. I think to prevent this for happening in the future the pieces could be check before you come to the store so clients can safe a trip. Is difficult to schedule this kind of things. Non the less the personal was very nice and helpful. I appreciate the service

My car looks great! I’m always extremely happy with Don Jacobs work.

The completion date does not correspond with when I was told the vehicle was complete as well as with my rental car drop off date. The final estimate and or completeion date needs to be adjusted in order for StateFarm to fulfill there payment to Hertz rental car. This may have more to do with Statefarm than with Don Jacobs because I’ve always had good experiences using Don Jacobs, Hertz and with StateFarm being my insurance. It’s always been a smooth process until this time. However this small error is going to end up costing me an extra $250 if it isn’t resolved as soon as possible. Hopefully it’s all fixed soon and everyone gets paid by StateFarm as promised by them. My situation regarding this issue may be easier to explain over the phone. I think there have been some miscommunications on StateFarm end mostly but according to them Don Jacobs is to blame. I just want to get it all resolved so Hertz gets there full payment from StateFarm. I’ve never had this happen that StateFarm wouldn’t pay all rental costs up until the vehicle is picked up from the body shop when the total rental car cap is $600 and the bill is less than that. I know my issue at hand is totally fixable: ) thanks

The job went smoothly and well. Everyone at Don Jacobs was friendly, courteous and very professional Although it took over a week, Cord Hobgood kept me updated on what was happening (or not) and why. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. Five stars!
