My car was damaged by employee and was not ready when promised. Then they told me to call my insurance company to extend car rental when they damaged the vehicle. Insurance company would not pay. I had to pay the car rental and the reimbursed me for extra 3 days. I was upset because the damage was their fault but they wanted me to make phone calls to deal with it when I was at work. The lady at front desk told me she could not call enterprise car rental to verify charges. My car was filled with paint fumes. Smell was really strong. I don’t know if I will go back to them.
