I'd personally like to express my gratitude to Jim, for his professionalism and courtesy in keeping me updated throughout the repair process, and especially to Tom, for being so helpful and informative on the night of the incident and the morning after when he came to tow her to the shop, and for being so incredibly generous as to offer to meet me at the shop on a Saturday when they're closed so I could pick her up due to my work schedule during the week. Thank you guys so much! I hope she never has to visit ya'll again, but if so, I'll rest easy knowing she'll be well taken care of.
