And we picked up the car yesterday on the 36th day you all took to fix it and there are new scratches on it, I guess that's part of the horriobble experience you guys provide. they had my car for 3 days i come back to find out the car was not completely fixed!! so i had to return my rental and because he didnt have enough workers to finish the job apparently so im returning monday for them to finish the job and im quite furious about it

First I was told the repair would be done by Friday. The repair did not get finished until over a week later than originally told.
Secondly, all of my belongings in my trunk were removed and not put back, so now I have to find time in my schedule to drive all the way back in the middle of a work day to pick up without any offers of anything (maybe a detail would be nice).
Thirdly - I took my vehicle in, it is a 2015 Lexus in mint condition minus the small accident being repaired. Stereo works fine. After the repair, my speakers seem to completely short out.
Overall terrible experience.

After I picked up my car from being repaired and while talking about the repair. I was told something was done with the head light on the car. Now my front directional is not working and prior to dropping my car off it was. Now it may be as simple as a bulb being replaced. That I now need to go and have taken care of.
